Counscious leadership workshop (Echallens,11th of June 2011)

A team is a group of people who share the same vision, mission and values. Being conscious about who leads at what moment reveals true personal talents and power.

The group shares the same energy and moving on gets coherent and meaningful.

Respect of time and space creates trust. A horse needs to feel safe to roll in front of potential predators.

 

When leadership comes from within we don’t need to “see” the situation to transmit confidence and trust. How often do we work in unclear and uncertain situations and the team still needs direction?
